The 2023 Out on Film Festival campaign theme, DEFIANTLY QUEER, embodies the boldness, resilience, and unapologetic spirit of the LGBTQ community. Through grungy textures, political imagery, tears and rips, and a black-and-white inked aesthetic, the design choices capture the essence of defiance and queerness. The festival aims to challenge norms, amplify diverse voices, and address current political issues head-on. With over 140 thought-provoking films, the festival immersed audiences in a powerful cinematic experience that celebrated the community's rich narratives.
